panic attack

exam season.
and somehow, i feel there's just too much to cover.
now,
my heart is beating fast,
my stomach hurts,
and i just feel like shouting.
im trapped,
i need to talk to someone but
i dont want to bother anyone else in the hse,
bcoz they are probably feeling the same thing
or they might prefer to study at this critical time
rather than to hear and to look at someone breaking down.

Allah, pls give me strength.and remind me of why im doing this.

“Oh Allah! Nothing is easy except what you have made easy. If you wish, you can make the difficult easy.”

as i typed that out, i searched 'dua' and found this website that had dua' n hadith for students:-
