Post exam confusion

after every seizure ( ictal) event, it is normal for a patient to experience confusion,not knowing what had happened and this condition is called post ictal confusion..today, im having post exam confusion! You see , once in an exam you get bombarded with questions of about 50+ patients with different presentations and you are supposed to figure out what needs to be done with them. Its insane!! Even real doctors dont see 50+ patient THROUGHOUT the day. And we have to do it in a few hours.phewww..

Ok la im not complaining, just that now,my brain hurts. Its like after a trauma..haha

nways now done with d papers,One thing left to do dua dua dua!! tawakaltuallah!

And and and tomorrow i have osce!!! 2 physical exams and 1 history taking. Ya Allah, i really hope i dont get patients with complicated conditions..and dont get that cuakness- that- will- make-my brain-go-blank..i want the positive stress. D one that will make my brain run fast like a jet!!

So that tomorrow i get to answer the examiners questions..
