Salam. So today we had our last neuro session for this semester. As much as i hated every monday for having to go to the hospital,and was always in fear shld the tutor asked me to do something or test me on my neuro knowledge, i actually gonna miss those clinical tutes. We really learn a lot from it. Its sad that when i have started to be more confident in my neuro exam skills, it has to end. Well... Its ok, i might just live, breathe and talk neurology one day. Amin.
N oh ya, dr neil reminded us to always, always think through differential diagnosis when we see any patient throughout our career as a doctor. He said that will make you think and also safe you from doing any mistakes.
