With all the stories of spm results hogging fb, i just realised that this year you'll be facing the big exam. Oh oh! Haha

And that made me also realise that my baby sister is no longer a baby! ;(
Omg, You are almost finishing school and soon you'll join shah n me in this after school life, the world of grown ups.

I remembered at your age, i dreaded spm, yet, i knew i had to work my ass for it. I knew it was my only chance to prove myself and it was the key to getting a scholarship to pursue my dream of becoming a doctor. I remembered how at that time, i made spm the most important thing in my life, everything i did revolved around it,and obviously, i was often stressed. Stress was definitely part of the equation. U knew this! Hehe

But alhamdulilah, despite the stress part, as a whole, i enjoyed school. Unfortunately, i was just like any other form 5 kid, i could not wait to finish school and go to uni life. And whenever i would say that, walid would say " noooo, enjoy school betty, its the best time of your life". And obviously just like any other teenager, i tot " heyyy dude ni x faham me la.. That was then, now is now, things have changed" . But u know what?? Mannnn he was right! That is indeed one of the best time of your life, lepak je, what u needed to do was just go to school, study and meet friends.things werent exactly easy ( if ada hi school drama ahhaha), but it was simple.seriously simple. You werent burdened with so much responsiblities like what you get after school. You can pretty much do anything and you can do the most ridiculous stuff ( pls ask my crime partner aka nik) and get away with it. things would fall into their place without so much repercussion.

Oh how i would do anything now, just to go back to school for one day. Wake up for subuh, wear that baju pengawas, ronda2, go to class n disuap oleh cikgu2 yg explains everything so well ( xyah susah payah self centered learning hahah) and meet my friends! All of them at the same place at once! Awww tetiba emo. Ah such good memories.

Know what's funny about school ? The fact that when out of school, you wont actually remember how much/things that u have studied. But Its the companionship that u had, the strong friendship that you found along the way, and all the unexpected crazy things you did that you'll remember. Another things that you bring, is the personality that you develop from all those years of school that stays with you forever.

So i want you to enjoy school, create all those memories that im sure you'll cherish n re-tell all the time throughout your life ( im not , that old, but i hv already started talking endless about "during my school daysss" stories like walid.. hahaha)

Relax, take one step at a time, spm does comes once in a lifetime, so do the best.. But nvr ever ever forget to pray and ask for Allah's help. For He controls everything and He is the source of our strength.

And as for the outcome, remember, it doesnt matter! I told you right the story of abu n ali, abu worked hard but didnt get good results but ali didnt work hard but got good results? How in Allah's eyes Abu who put in the effort is more blessed n mulia? Its the effort that counts. Push it to the limit. I know u can do it. And no matter what, we'll always be right behind cheering for you abby.

Whatever it is, focus, usaha, and tawakal.
